During this time, he has mentored multiple Top Performing Achievers and has been awarded ERA Top Group Division Director several times consecutively. He currently has over 150 Realtors under his wing in ERA.

Eugene's strength lies in his ability to restructure real estate portfolios to add value to investors, a skill honed by his background in Financial Engineering and prior experience in the banking industry.
